A while back I did a photo shoot for TiS Lifestyle wallpaper (view all the photos here). I don’t have any wallpaper in my home at the moment, but doing this shoot got me thinking about how wallpaper can really bring a lot of personality & a certain atmosphere to a room. Color can do a lot, but add a pattern or a rich structure and the effect is even greater. Maybe I’ll cover a wall after all… And it might just be with one of these wallpapers:

Besides the fear of not liking the paper onces it’s on the wall, or getting tired of an outspoken pattern within one year, applying the wallpaper is another thing that holds me back. It just seems so difficult! IF I choose to apply wallpaper instead of paint, then I don’t want to see any seems or bumps and obviously the pattern should fit perfectly… Sounds like a tough job to me so I haven’t dared to try it yet. But I guess there’s a first time for everything…
