Some things I’m loving…
Happy weekend everyone! ∗
Copper is definitely a trend in interior & fashion design. I love how this rose metallic color brings instant richness & glamour to your interior or your outfit, in a very sophisticated way. It’s a pleasant warm shade that brings a nice shiny contrast to any interior. I love it!∗
I’m starting to see more and more Christmas related photos on the web and it’s kind of freaking me out. Fall & winter collections are already available in shops for almost two months now but I’m not ready to say goodbye to summer yet! It’s still August for one day so let us hold on to that summer for a little bit more with these fun summer outfits. One casual & one fancy.
I would love to wear both of these outfits! Which one is your favorite? ∗
Tot(e)ally in love with these shoppers! ∗

I love fairytales. It doesn’t matter to me if they come in books, movies, cartoons or illustrations. They just take me right back to my youth, when I wanted to believe that fairytales might be real. Reading tales while using my imagination to wander about this other magical world, where fairies really existed and where you could actually fly if you just thought happy thoughts… Oh, how much I wanted this to be true!
That’s probably why Disneyland still gets me excited like a kid. You would think that I’m too old for that by now, but a small part of me just doesn’t ever want to grow up, I guess… The fact that there are two remakes of the classical Snow White tale coming out this year, inspired me to create this post and collect some whimsical images.
Do you remeber these bracelets?? I used to buy them on holiday in France as a souvenir when I was a kid. I would save some pocketmoney especially for those bracelets. I just loved the fun & vibrant colors. They really have “summer” written all over them. Now they keep popping up again, everywhere I look. It really is true: think about what you throw away carefully, because everything from the past will return at one point.
There are a lot of tutorials on macramé bracelets on the web, and it took me a while to find one that was really clear, but I think Purlbee did a really good job! At the beginning you need to be a little bit patient, but once you get the hang of the knotting, you can finish a bracelet in two hours. And if you practice enough you can even do it in front of the TV. Instead of taping the beginning of the bracelet to a table, like I did on the photo above, you can also pin it to a pillow with a safetypin, and lay the pillow on your lap. I find this easier than pinning the bracelet to your jeans, like explained in the tutorial. The next one I’m going to make will be one with a diamond pattern.
Have fun, if you’re going to try it for yourself! ∗
I’m a big fan of pastel & sorbet colors, which is one of the key trends for this spring & summer. I can’t wait for spring to really start! Because of the sunny weather of the past few days, I’m already in a summery mood. That’s why I made this outfit-collage with items I wouldn’t mind wearing… ∗
